CMRIT CULTURA2K23: Expression beyond limits

OVERVIEW:-

It was my First Experience of Cultura: Expression beyond Limits in My college CMRIT. 

I know it will be a different perspective from every other person, this is my Experience.

How my Cultura went...

FROM THE BEGINNING:-

I came back from my home(Rajasthan), after 2 weeks of vacation on the 7th of June (Around 3Am, I came to the hostel). 

Around 10AM, I went to the library for collecting my ID card, On the way back to the hostel, I saw Crowd was Their near the Basketball court, Some of my friends were also sitting there. 

There I saw my First Event of the Cultura2K23. It was the FLASHMOB (May be Kannada Flash mob), All songs were in the Kannada language only, according to me the dance was fun, and we all enjoyed watching it.    

Although there was some problem for me like the language barrier and all, in the end, it was awesome. 

There were some other events, which had already happened before 7th June like Ethnic Day etc... But unfortunately, I was not there to attend, maybe next year... 

On the 8th of June Me and my friends decided to take part in different events, We took part in BLR 99, COD, F1 racing, etc... 

I and one of my other friends also took part in volunteering too. 

After attending classes, I went back to the hostel room, Around 5 Am I got a call from the senior (Or we can call them OC (organizing committee)) to gather some more volunteers from the hostel, for helping with work.

With our full dedication and hard work, we arrange  Everything like barricades everywhere 

for security purposes and many more...

 All OCs, Crew members and Everyone were doing their work with full energy and excitement (for the next 2 days), Others were practicing for their dance, fashion show, etc...,

We all work overnight to do the arrangement and make this event successful for everyone. 

1st Day of Cultura:- 

It was the 9th of June, We all gathered near the OC Room, and We all got our T-Shirts, According to our Jobs( I was volunteering, So I got crew members' T-shirts and in the same way everyone got their T-shirts). 

Many other stalls began to set up in the grounds for food, and fun activities.

Around 9AM inauguration of cultura starts with a beautiful prayer🙏. 

From 10AM, Events started, Many students from different colleges came to take part in different events, and around 11AM  there was BLR 99 ( Murder Mystery event) It was a duo event.

 Although we didn't win the 2nd round, it was too fun We enjoyed too much, All the feeling like sherlock holmes, CID and all was fantastic. (Believe me, Dinesh and Techi 1 Was the culprit who killed the Suhas).

Some more events were there like the rap battle it was awesome 👇.

Then there was another flash mob and it was awesome too, it consist of both Hindi and Kannada songs and it was fantastic👇.

Around 5 Pm there was coffee with cultural in which Deesha Umesh came. She is a content creator with around 200k insta followers. 

I was on duty for security at the main stage, So I was able to see the full event, although this whole event was in Kannada language, so I didn't understand anything, but yeah, others were enjoying it too much.

Then Rachel David came, her entry was fantastic, she is one of the most famous actresses in the Malayalam film industry, This time it was in English, and I enjoyed it too much. 

After this, there was a fashion show, in which many teams participated from different colleges and it was awesome, Every team did their best, and all were looking fabulous.  

After that there was the Arohan music group from college, who entertained us, we enjoyed it very much, and we dance a lot, and it was the last event of the 1st day of cultura. 

There were many more events like bike stunts and all but I could not cover all those events so if you have other events or anything about these events do comment.    

2nd Day For Cultura:-

 We all Collect near the OC Room, Where OCs give us the role of what we have to do, It was my duty again on the main stage security, OC, and everyone working with full enthusiasm. 

There was a group dance competition, a flex-it event, and many more... 

Then my duty was changed and engaged with the Monster energy drink promotion (And yeah I enjoyed that too). around 1 pm there was again Coffee with Cultura.

Many Actors, Actresses, directors, and content creators came, and we enjoyed too much. 

After a while, around 7 Pm Dj night started, and we all were Dancing and having fun, around 8 Pm LO/ST(Lost Stories) a big DJ group came, They were the best DJ, and we enjoyed it a lot.

It went on till 10Pm, and then, I went back to my room, and that's how my cultura went. 

CONCLUSION:- 

We all had fun, we enjoyed a lot, we dance a lot, and we work a lot to make this program successful, If I have to rate this cultura out of 10 then, according to me it will be 7.5/10.
